completely satisfied, contact us and we ll make it right.

NO-HASSLE RETURNS NEW / UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Unopened items in original condition are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the

confirmed delivery date. See the Refunds section for options.

If a product didn't meet your expectations, we'll help you find a replacement or suitable

alternative. Email support@eebotanicals.com with a brief explanation so we can troubleshoot and

assist.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, notify us right away. Items damaged during shipping are eligible

for replacement (conditions apply). Please email support@eebotanicals.com with a short

description and at least one clear photo of the damaged item(s).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Before ordering, confirm that kratom is legal and importable in your country. You are

responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or restrictions. If a package is

seized or delayed by customs, contact support@eebotanicals.com for assistance.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return, we ll email a confirmation. You may choose a refund to the

original payment method (typically processed within 5 7 business days; check with your bank if

delayed) or store credit (issued immediately and never expires).
