RETURN/REFUND POLICY

In the extremely unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with one of our products, we ask that you contact us here. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we will do our best to ensure that your are 100% satisfied with the end result. 

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AND REFUNDS ARE GRANTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND IN THE STATED AMOUNTS;


Sealed/Unopened Packaging 
100% refund ( - shipping costs). Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the USPS delivery notification. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and determined to be eligible. Refunds are issued through the payment platform of our choice.

Opened Packaging
If the packaging is open due to an error or mishandling by USPS you will need the following information;
    - Your tracking number. Tracking is included with all Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments and is available for First Class Mail for a $3.00 surcharge.
    - Proof of Insurance. Up to $100 in insurance is included with all Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments and is included in the surcharge.
    - Proof of Value. This information is available from the payment platform provider. We will happily send you an invoice/sales reciept reflecting the full value of the lost or damaged products.
     - Proof of Damage. Simply include photographs of the damaged items.

We take every precaution to ensure that you receive safe, effective, and high quality products with as short of a wait as possible. We package our products in sanitized, FDA approved, food safe, 4 mil mylar bags. This packing is extremely durable and protects our products from any and all pathogens or microorganisms that may cross their path. Unfortunately, even the best fall down sometimes. On rare occasion, small sharp objects have punctured the packaging and some product has been lost. If it is determined that we are responsible for this incident, either directly or due to negligence,  we will do everything in our power to make it right. 
Despite popular beliefs, we are only human and we do make the occasional mistake. In the instance that there is an error on our part we ask for your patience and understanding while we sort out the facts. Rest assured that you are very important to us and we have your best interests in mind.
If you are unsatisfied with the products you received, please contact us to arrange a return within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returns will not be accepted after the stated time period, no exceptions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing tracking for the item so you can verify it's delivery. Refunds will be issued via Store Credit and determined by the amount of original product left. It will be inspected, weighed, and an amount will be calculated ( - shipping costs). We will not accept any products that have been altered, adulterated, tampered with, or that otherwise deviate from the original product in any way. We do not resell any products that have been returned.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY RETURN MAY BE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 RESTOCKING/PROCESSING FEE AT OUR DISCRETION
