With every passing day, this industry grows a little bigger, technology improves, and expectations seem to be developing at an amplified rate forcing those who can't (or won't) meet the standards to step aside. We, on the other hand, have been anticipating, advocating, and preparing for the legitimization of this industry for a long time. Seeing this coming, we started implementing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards. Here are some examples of how we're keeping you safer:
Batch Testing
Upon arrival of a shipment, all packages are quarantined pending batch lab testing for heavy metals, enterobacteriaceae, yeast, mold, E.coli and Salmonella.
Gamma Processing
What is gamma radiation? High-energy photons are emitted from an isotope source (e.g., Cobalt 60). These photons can create ionization (electron disruptions) throughout a product. What are the effects of gamma radiation? High-energy gamma radiation produces electron disruptions (ionization) in any material that it encounters. In living cells, these disruptions result in damage to the DNA and other cellular structures. These photon-induced changes at the molecular level may cause the death of the organism or render the organism incapable of reproduction. This effect is useful in killing bacteria, insects, or other living contaminants which may exist in, or on, a product
HEPA Air Filtration
We use a Department of Energy approved High-Efficiency Particulate Arresting filter. To qualify, the filter must absorb 99.97% of particles that have a size of 0.3 µm (micrometers). This ensures that nothing goes in your products that isn't supposed to be there.

NO CONTAMINANTS
Our workstations, powder scoops, scales, and bowls are all 100% stainless steel. We have a mandatory handwashing station, followed by sanitization, followed by nitrile gloves. Required for packaging is a hairnet, shoe covers, and over clothes (scrubs and a lab coat). There are no phones, food, or drink allowed near the packaging areas. All in-use products are stored in a climate controlled area in sealed BPA free containers while all later-usage stock is sealed in mylar bags. Our products are packaged and heat sealed in 4 mil FDA approved food safe mylar bags to ensure you receive the freshest, safest, and highest quality products. Even our labels are designed to be as compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices as possible. We have taken great care in every step of our process because we truly do care. You may be thinking to yourself, "Why do all of this?" We think the real question should be... Why isn't everyone?
